A love letter to a bride

Dearest, You’re getting married to someone you want to spend the rest of your life with, and seeing you so happy makes me happy too.  I know you’ll make a success of your marriage together, as you share so much and yet still allow each other space to be yourselves. Your roots are entwined and whatever the future may hold, you will have each other.  It is clear that you bring out the best in each other, and want the best for one another.  On your wedding day I want you to start as you mean to go on, with love, respect, joy and with a sense of shared adventure. I have just emerged from a particularly intense and  busy few weeks  and now I’m feeling a little dazed and confused, with a list as long as my arm of things I need to get on with (I have very long arms). I emerge from a period of intensity with a long list of things that have slipped by the wayside as well as all those things, both business and pleasure, that I planned to do when more time became available. At this rate I may never have much spare time, but it’s not all bad when you enjoy the work you do. My time lately has been jam packed with designing, wedding fairs, business...

Bloomsbury Ballroom Wedding fair fun: it’s show time!

This coming April, on Sunday the 14th to be precise, I will be getting back to my theatrical roots with a day of cabaret themed wedding loveliness at Zoe Lem’s Vintage Wedding Fair. I’ll be showing even more of my designs and with a few special treats in store for those that come and tell me about their plans for their wedding day. Be amazed by over a hundred hand-selected exhibitors and experts each bringing not only original and inspiring ideas, but an exciting experience for every person that passes through their stands….be wowed by array of acts on the grand stage;...
