Happy new year to you all! I hope that you had a lovely break and enjoyed all sorts of festive treats, I write this while nibbling on a piece of my homemade Christmas cake, as since it’s the 10th day of Christmas, that’s ok (ten lords a-leaping anyone?).   I have been thinking about all the amazing women athletes who have been competing in the Olympic and Paralympic games in London this summer. How can I not be?
